The Society of Women Engineers (SWE), founded in 1950, is a non-profit educational and service organization. SWE is the driving force that establishes engineering as a highly desirable career aspiration for women. SWE empowers women to succeed and advance in those aspirations and
be recognized for their life-changing contributions and achievements as engineers and leaders.
The University of Arizona Section of the Society of Women Engineers was founded on May 14th, 1976. We hold monthly meetings led by professionals from various companies and numerous social events each month. We encourage everyone to come to our meetings, women and men, engineers and non-engineers, because we love meeting new people.
We have many ways for corporations to get involved in all of the activities SWE has to offer! If your corporation would like to sponsor SWE or take part in any event, do not hesitate to get involved.
If you are interested in helping SWE fulfill its mission on campus year round, or would be interested in visiting us to be the key note speaker in a general body meeting, you should consider sponsoring us in General Club Sponsorship. We have a variety of available sponsorship levels starting at $100.
If you are interested in having a more specific impact on our section, you should consider an event specific sponsorship. We have four different events available to be sponsored.
